‘What’s the difference?’
‘An Alternative method for making juice?’
‘Why would I do that?’ Most people ask us about the cold press method… but here’s the thing cold press is not just another method, it’s a revolutionary method that changes the way our bodies take in nutrients, we like to say it’s the smart phone of juices.
A “Normal” Centrifugal juicer is fast and efficient but using that method of juicing exposes natural produce to heat and begins the oxidization process which means the fruits and vegetables are not ingested raw and vital enzymes and vitamins get lost in the process which means we don’t give our bodies the full benefit of those fruits and vegetables. Those are the juices you can get on the spot at juice bars.
A centrifugal juiced juice also expires within the same day and the taste is stale and compromised within a few hours because of the oxidation process the fresh goods start to deteriorate and the natural goodness of the produce is lost.
Now imagine the freshest form of fruit and vegetables….yes that’s the closest you will get to biting it off the trees …. A Cold pressed juice!
Those are the juices, which are typically made with a special cold press machine and are packed and sold in airtight bottles because of the process.
Cold pressing juice does not expose the fruits and vegetables to heat and drastically reduces the oxidization, because the machine doesn’t allow it to be airborne, in addition the high pressure used to press the fresh produce separating the fibers resulting in large amounts of fruits and vegetables are pressed into a bottle, usually glass to maintain the integrity of the juice taste and avoid any porous materials to compromise the quality of the juice, keeping your vital nutrients safe.
Keeping the Fruits and vegetables in their RAW state and ensuring you get your intake by compressing large amounts of fresh RAW juice in air tight containers so you can get your daily intakes on the go, imagine having 3 large salads a day… or the equivalent… a tasty Ice Cold Green juice on the go!
