The ingredients are carefully selected to help the body naturally ward off disease and keep defenses high.
This shot contains 700 grams Mango Cubes, 50 grams Coconut cream, 150ml Rice milk and 1 gram Vanilla pods.
1. Cut the mango in cubes and freeze one day ahead.
2. Add all the ingredients in a blender, excluding the mango cubes, blend until a smooth light paste.
3. Add the frozen mango cubes, and continue to blend until the desired consistency
4. Freeze for 6-12 hours, and it’s ready to serve!
